These terms govern your use of bumblco.com (the “Site”), operated by Bumbl Oral Care Products Pty Ltd (“BumblCo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & payment

BumblCo doesn’t process direct-to-consumer orders on this Site. Online purchases are fulfilled by our retail partner, The House of Mouth (thehouseofmouth.com.au), and are subject to their terms, returns policy, and shipping conditions.

2. Wholesale & clinic enquiries

Wholesale and clinic accounts are subject to a separate agreement. Submitting an enquiry through this Site does not create a binding offer or contract.

3. Health information

Content on this Site (including chatbot responses) is general in nature and isn’t a substitute for professional dental or medical advice. If you have specific concerns about your child’s oral health, see a registered dental professional.

4. Intellectual property

The BumblCo name, logo, product imagery, copy, and the Wink Method™ are owned by BumblCo. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them commercially without written permission.

5. User-submitted content

When you contact us or use the chatbot, don’t share sensitive personal or medical information. We may use anonymised questions to improve our content and FAQs.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BumblCo isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.
